The name ‘Hunza Camp’ is derived from the Hunza Turks. The Hunza Turks originate from the Hun Turks, residing along the borders of Pakistan and India, and these people typically live up to around 120 years. In this community where half of the population is over 65 years old, women can still give birth at ages 65-70. One fascinating aspect of the Hunza Turks is the absence of any cancer cases, and likewise, common ailments such as diabetes, arterial blockage, and heart failure are not observed.
