Intermittent Fasting Program

The intermittent fasting diet, also known as intermittent fasting, is a meal plan that divides the day into two periods: fasting for 16 hours and eating within an 8-hour window, essentially comprising two meals within a 24-hour period—typically breakfast and dinner. During the 8-hour period between morning and evening meals, solid foods are avoided, and consumption of calorie-free liquids is recommended. The primary benefit of the intermittent fasting regimen practiced at our center is weight loss and reduction of inflammation in the body. Additionally, it has many positive effects including on neurological functions, cellular repair, and regulation of metabolism.
